Job Interview Tips

According to wikipedia dictionary, interviews interpreted as a conversation between two people or more; where the query was asked by the interviewer to get information about the interviewee (en.wikipedia.org / wiki / Interview). From the definition above, it is clear that the purpose of the interview is to get or get information. Often the interviews conducted to "strengthen" the psycho, although there's also companies that apply only to escape an interview to choose whether or not the prospective employee.What are the information sought in the interview process? Generally, the interview process for the following things:

1. The need for achievement
2. Energy and impulse
3. Emotions
